Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
