Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a top-notch shopping environment for our customers. You'll be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Contribute to inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safe and proper equipment operation
- General cleaning skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience desirable
- Combination of education and experience considered
