Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This entry-level position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour and full-time hours ranging from 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute to inventory maintenance and conduct store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
