Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
