Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
