Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. From providing exceptional customer service to maintaining store cleanliness and inventory accuracy, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow instructions.
- Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
