Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory management and maintenance.
- Adhere to cash handling and store policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
