Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
