Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
