Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Working collaboratively with the team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
