Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring shelves are stocked, and maintaining a clean store environment. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service while adhering to company policies.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and handle customer transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
