Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
