Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience beneficial
