Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Capable of stock handling and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
