Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
Salary
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
