Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to company cash policies and procedures.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stock and organize merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
- Regular standing, bending, reaching, and walking required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
- Capable of operating equipment and following company procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
