Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a stellar customer experience by handling various responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain a neat merchandise display.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize errors and losses.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to use equipment like an electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
- Capable of meeting state requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
