Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. It's a dynamic role that involves cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safe handling of equipment and ability to perform cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to work in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
