Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Comply with company policies and uphold document security
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Cleaning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Prior retail experience preferred
