Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's appearance is maintained, processing customer purchases, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks efficiently and with high quality.
• Interact with customers positively and assist them during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
