Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

• Comply with company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning duties is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
