Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
