Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment.
Job Type
Full-Time - 32-40 hours per week
Salary
$16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) standards.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
