Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and general store operations.
- Participate in inventory management activities and follow established cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
