Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
