As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Position Details

- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures and policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
