Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
