Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
Available positions: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem LPNs in New Castle County, DE.
Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
