Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, creating merchandised displays, and operating machinery to ensure a fresh and organized store. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain cash policies to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays (Stocker).
- Process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and monitor inventory (Cashier).
- Ensure adherence to cash policies and procedures.
- Operate machinery safely and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
