Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse with ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes. You will collaborate with families, doctors, and healthcare providers to deliver personalized care and build positive relationships with patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
