ChristianaCare HomeHealth Private Duty Nurses provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware. Responsibilities include delivering specialized medical care, coordinating with families and healthcare providers, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining positive patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with compassion and courtesy.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Attend a two-week daytime orientation followed by patient field orientation.
- Home health and/or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
