Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse seeking to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes? ChristianaCare is currently looking for a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team. In this role, you will work with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware, delivering expert medical care and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain a compassionate and courteous approach in all interactions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Availability for a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Willingness to undergo a two-week orientation in our Camden office and patient field training.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator expertise.
