Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse interested in providing one-on-one care to patients in the home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) and work with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients throughout DE. You will be responsible for delivering expert care, coordinating with families and healthcare providers, administering medications, and ensuring positive patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Build positive patient relationships.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
