Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse looking to provide one-on-one care in the home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver expert medical care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in Delaware. As part of our team, you will coordinate care with families and healthcare providers, administer medications, and ensure compassionate service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships through compassionate care.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation and field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience desirable.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
