Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Field Nurse in Home Care, you will provide expert nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients at their homes.
- Develop and execute patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Ensure patient discharges are well planned and executed.
- Proficiently perform IV functions and train new staff accordingly.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license, or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
