Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time RN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. This role requires IV proficiency or a willingness to train, and previous Home Health and Med-Surgical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train in IV functions.
