Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an integral part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive OASIS-E training will support you in delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and deliver prescribed treatments.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions.

Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
