Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a Full Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans. You will be responsible for IV functions and developing discharge plans for patients. Join us in supporting the Newark, DE area and surrounding regions with day shift hours, weekend and holiday rotations, and on-call shifts.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.

Pay
$32.00 - $44.00 per hour
