Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care at ChristianaCare. Join our team and utilize our cutting-edge Electronic Health Record system and OASIS-E training to excel in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
