Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse Home Care - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Field Nurse position in Home Care. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community, developing care plans, and ensuring patient welfare. Joining our team means working day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts monthly.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of Home Health RN experience in the last 12 months.
• IV proficiency or willingness to train for IV functions.
