Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our Home Health team. If you are an experienced nurse passionate about providing quality care to geriatric patients in the community, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
