Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
- Keep shelves and merchandise displays orderly and presentable.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and following store policies.
- Operate store equipment safely and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to offer courteous and efficient customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail environments is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is desirable.
