Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and perform general cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
