Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Keep the store clean and organized, adhere to cash policies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and cleaning tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
