We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is always well-maintained. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Stock shelves neatly, maintain displays, and handle general cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Execute cashiering duties and handle customer purchases professionally.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
