Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support the ALDI team.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
