Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in inventory management and warehouse cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety adherence.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
