Job Description
We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires attention to detail, cooperation with team members, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
