1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse associates work less than 30 hours per week and have the opportunity to work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will receive thorough training to ensure your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment.

Education & Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
