1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage range of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties meeting warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report product quality concerns.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of operating powered industrial equipment safely.
